The Annual General Meeting of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA elected on 20 April 2017 two new board members:Therese Log Bergjord with a term of office of up to one year, and Jan Skogseth with a term of office of up to two years.

The Board of Directors of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has now the following composition:
