SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA (SRBANK); Judgement handed down by Borgarting Court of Appeals now legally enforceable

Today SpareBank 1 SR-Bank received information that the Supreme Court’s appeals committee rejected the appeal forwarded by Kluge Advokatfirma AS and others, case number 19-083260SIV-HRET. The appeal concerned the judgement handed down by Borgarting Court of Appeals 12 March this year, case number 18-027239ASD-BORG/01.

The total sum of damages payable by Kluge Advokatfirma AS and others, including late payment interest, amounts to approximately NOK 90 million. This sum will be recognised in the result for Q2 of 2019.
