SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA Amendments to the Board of Directors

On 6 June 2013 the Supervisory Board elected Tor Dahle as a new member of the Board of Directors of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA. Kristian Eidesvik was re-elected as chairman with a term of office of up to 1 year. Catharina Hellerud, Odd Torland and Erling Øverland were re-elected as board members and Kristine Tveteraas was re-elected as deputy with a term of office up to two years.

Sally Lund-Andersen was re-elected as board-member to represent the employee and Kristian Kristensen as a new deputy elected with a term of office of up to two years.

The Board of Directors of SpareBank 1 SR-BAnk now has the following composition:

Einar Risa was re-elected as chair of the electorial committee and Trygve Jacobsen as member. Both with a term of office of up to two years.

All elections were according to the proposals from the electorial committee.
