SRBANK - AT1 New issue

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has issued NOK 375 million Perpetual NC5 AT1 with a coupon of 3 months nibor + 350.

The Bank has bought back NOK 141,5 million of T1 bond NO0010552672/ROGG56 at 3 months nibor + 70, remaining volume in the market is NOK 542 million. The Bank has also bought back NOK 46,5 million of T1 bond NO0010552664/ROGG57 at 3 months nibor + 70, remaining volume in the market is NOK 70 million.
