In reference to the general meeting on 24 April 2020 and the authorisation given to the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution of a 2019 dividend per share of up to NOK 5,50.The Board of Directors has decided to pay a dividend per share of NOK 5,50 for 2019 in March. 

Dividend amount: 5.50 per share

Declared currency: Norwegian krone

Last day including right: 11 March, 2021

Ex-date: 12 March, 2021

Record date: 15 March, 2021

Payment date: From 19 March, 2021

Date of approval: 10 February, 2021
