Andereas Friis, one of the founders and principal owners of 203 Web Group, is taking over the post of CEO for the myTaste subsidiary. He will be succeeding current CEO Aage Reerslev with immediate effect.
Andereas Friis has been involved in developing myTaste from the start and has played a critical role in the product’s development and strong growth in traffic. His most recent post was product manager for myTaste.
“myTaste is the single largest project in the Group, and we can see that it is in the best interests of the company if, as founder, Andereas now takes over operative responsibility for propelling myTaste forward,” says Jonas Söderqvist, CEO of 203 Web Group.
“I’m fully convinced of myTaste’s potential, and it feels inspiring to now have the chance to take the project to the next level in my role as CEO. More intense focus on establishing sales internationally is at the top of the agenda. But the next step in the immediate future is to start up a sales organization in Spain, where the recruitment work has already begun,” says Andereas Friis, new CEO of myTaste.
