Speqta's Chairman steps down from the Board
Fredrik Burvall, Chairman of the Board of Speqta AB (publ) ("Speqta") since 2017, has today informed the Board of his decision to resign as Chairman of the Board and member of Speqta's Board. He is replaced by Board member Mikael Lindblom as acting Chairman of the Board.
Fredrik Burvall comments:
"I am proud of the company's development during the last six years I have been Chairman of the Board of Speqta and the transformation we have undergone from a rather scattered group in online marketing to a focused company in AI-based marketing. At the same time, we have made dividends of approximately SEK 360 million to the shareholders and amortized all interest-bearing debts. The company's new shareholders and I have different views on the company's way forward and therefore I choose to leave the company and let the new owners appoint a new Chairman. I want to take the opportunity to wish the company, the Board and the employees good luck."
Speqta's CEO Fredrik Lindros comments:
"We are grateful for the contribution Fredrik Burvall has made as Chairman of the Board for a long time and would like to take the opportunity to wish him good luck."
Speqta's Board of Directors has appointed Board member Mikael Lindblom as acting Chairman of the Board and will return with information about the election of a permanent Chairman of the Board.
