Spinnova Group’s financial reporting calendar in 2025 and 2026
Spinnova confirms the previously announced preliminary reporting dates in 2025. In 2025, Spinnova Group will release its full-year 2024 financial statements and half-year report 2025 as follows:
Financial statements bulletin for 1 January – 31 December 2024 on Thursday 13 February 2025.
Half-year financial report for 1 January – 30 June 2025 on Thursday 28 August 2025.
Spinnova’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 9 April 2025. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately.
Preliminary dates in 2026 are 12 February 2026 for the 2025 financial statements and 25 August 2026 for the 2026 half-year report. The Annual General Meeting is expected to be arranged on 15 April 2026.
