Spinnova Plc: Decisions of the Constitutive Meeting of the Board of Directors

 

Spinnova Plc’s new Board of Directors held its constitutive meeting on Wednesday 11 May 2022.

The Board of Directors elected Harri Sundvik as its Chair. The other members of the Board are Gert Kroner, Hanna Liiri, Vinicius Nonino, Sari Pohjonen, Janne Poranen, Juha Salmela and Timo Soininen.

Board Committees

In addition to the election of Chair, the Board elected members of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. The duties of the Board Committees are further described at https://spinnovagroup.com/board-of-directors/board-committees/.

Audit Committee

The Board of Directors decided to elect Sari Pohjonen, Vinicius Nonino and Harri Sundvik as members of the Audit Committee and Sari Pohjonen as the Chair of the Audit Committee.

Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors decided to elect Hanna Liiri, Vinicius Nonino and Harri Sundvik as members of the Remuneration Committee and Hanna Liiri as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
