Today is the first day of trading in the investment company Renewable Ventures Nordics. The company's business concept is to acquire minority or majority stakes in unlisted companies that intend to go public within a two-year period. Renewable Ventures Nordics is an investment company that invests primarily in growth companies that intend to go public. At the 2022 annual general meeting, a new management and board took office with the vision of becoming a partner to growth companies intending to list their shares on the stock exchange. The investment strategy is not limited to any sectors or industries and the Company intends to keep itself continuously updated on potential investment opportunities. The motive for the listing on the Spotlight Stock Market is to facilitate future acquisitions, as the ambition is to increase the pace of investment and find one or more interesting acquisitions that can benefit from the advantages of operating in a listed environment.
