Menupay AB is delisted from Spotlight

Spotlight has due to a request from the Menupay AB (hereafter “the Company”) decided to delist the Company’s financial instruments MENU B and MENU TO 1 B. Last day of trading is July 31, 2020.

On June 24, 2020 disclosed the press release ”MENUPAY AB har lämnat in en ansökan om avnotering hos Spotlight Stock Market”. The current rules of Spotlight state that a listed company will be given observation status if the company has applied for delisting.

Spotlight has therefore decided that trading in the Company’s financial instruments will continue to take place on Spotlight’s observation list, until the last day of trading, July 31, 2020.
