TiksPac AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist the financial instruments (TIKS) of TiksPac AB (“TiksPac”).
On June 1st 2020, the financial instruments of TiksPac were placed on the observation list since Spotlight assessed that the company underwent substantial changes. In connection with the decision Spotlight has, as part of standard procedure, assessed if the company meets Spotlights listing requirements. Spotlight assesses that the company does not meet the securities market's requirements and that continued listing may jeopardize the confidence in the securities market and Spotlight. It is therefore not possible to let TiksPac be listed at Spotlight.
Last day of trading will be June 30th 2020.
