Ilkka Salonen leaves SRV Group Plc’s Board of Directors

M.Sc Ilkka Salonen has requested to be relieved of his membership from the SRV Group Plc’s Board of Directors. Salonen was appointed CEO of a large Russian bank Uralsib in September 2012, and feels that he won’t be able to participate fully in the work of SRV’s Board of Directors alongside his new position. Salonen has been a member of SRV’s Board and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee since 2010.

Supplementing the SRV Group Plc’s Board of Directors will be decided on in the Annual General Meeting in the spring of 2013.
