SRV Group Plc will pay interest on its 2019 hybrid notes on 24 May 2021

SRV Group Plc ("SRV") announces that it will pay interest on its EUR 58,400,000 subordinated fixed-rate 12 per cent. hybrid notes issued on 23 May 2019 (ISIN code FI4000384185) (of which EUR 3.56 million is outstanding) (the "2019 Hybrid Notes") in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2019 Hybrid Notes on 24 May 2021. The aggregate amount of the interest to be paid on 24 May 2021 is EUR 427,200.
