SRV SELLS THREE PROPERTIES IN HTC KEILANIEMI TO GERMAN MEAG SRV Group Plc and German MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH have signed an agreement concerning three properties in HTC Keilaniemi, in Espoo, Finland. At the same time they concluded the turn key contract concerning the construction of three office blocks. The value of the transaction is EUR 89.4 million. SRV will build three 7 storey office blocks with a combined floor area of 38 000 square meters. The buildings will be completed in different phases by the end of March 2009. The properties will have joint underground parking facilities with the neighbouring properties. Some of the building systems are also jointly used. “HTC Keilaniemi is a good example of SRV's business premises concept development. SRV's target is to increase the share of developer contracting projects. This agreement supports SRV's strategic goals”, says Timo Nieminen, Senior Executive Vice President of SRV Group Plc. MEAG in Munich is the asset manager for Munich Re and ERGO Insurance Group. With offices in New York and Hong Kong, MEAG has an international orientation and also manages the assets of clients outside the Munich Re Group. MEAG currently manages assets to the value of around € 182 billion, of which around € 13 billion are held in real estate.HTC Keilaniemi is MEAG's first investment in Finland. SRV has sold earlier three properties in the area to Neste Oil Pension Fund. The construction is under way. The first buildings housing the Head Quarters of Neste Oil will be completed by the end of February 2008.
