Report for the First Quarter of 2003

Report for the First Quarter of 2003 * Profit after financial items increased by SEK 232 million and amounted to SEK 414 (182) million. Earnings per share increased to SEK 2.85 (1.20). * Deliveries of the niche products, high-strength sheet and quenched steels, increased by 20% compared with the first quarter of last year. * Processing costs were at the same level as the final three quarters of the preceding year but 8% higher than during the first quarter of last year.
