A new DLC for PAYDAY 2™ - The McShay Weapon Pack 3 released today
Starbreeze Studios and OVERKILL deliver the third installment of the Hostile Takeover bundle, the McShay Weapon Pack 3, bringing three brand new weapons, each with its unique flare.
McShay Weapon Pack 3
Three fantastic and unique weapons join the heister arsenal today courtesy of our Texan gun-runner Gemma McShay. Each weapon brings its unique flare to the table even before you equip one of the 3 included Exclusive Sets.
Aran G2 - An easily concealable high-power secondary sniper coming with a unique Exclusive Set and 6 unique mods and 1 scope for compatible weapons.
Rodion 3B - A triple barrel menace with a high-capacity magazine being delivered with an Exclusive Set and 6 unique mods and 5 mods for the AK-family.
Akron HC - A large caliber LMG that can be turned into a powerful DMR by a quick swap to the included long barrel, part of its 5 unique mods.
Hostile Takeover Bundle
Bundling the brand new content together with four upcoming DLCs and setting them at a hefty discount up-front for players who invest early.
First up in the bundle was the Street Smart Tailor Pack, containing 3 outfits with a total of 9 variations as well as 3 masks each in two varieties. Following that was the McShay Mod Pack, containing several new mods as well as a few new heisting tools. Today, we get the McShay Weapon Pack 3 containing three new weapons each with their own unique style and mods. Lastly the bundle will be completed by the release of the Hostile Takeover Heist at the end of the month.
The McShay Weapon Pack 3 is available through the Hostile Takeover Bundle or separately.
Free content
Free for all players with this update is the brand new Stinger Grenade, functioning like an explosive powered shotgun shell for all grenade launchers in the game.
