Bulletin from the extraordinary general meeting in Starbreeze AB (publ)

extraordinary general meeting on Thursday, 7 March 2019 in Stockholm. A summary of the resolutions approved at the extraordinary meeting is presented below.  

Number of board members, board members and chairman of the board as well as remuneration to the board members

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to, as proposed by the nomination committee, elect Jan Benjaminson, Torgny Hellström and Kerstin Sundberg as new board members for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Torgny Hellström was elected chairman of the board. This means that the board will consist of five directors until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.   

It was resolved, as proposed by the nomination committee, that the remuneration for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting shall be SEK 400,000 for the chairman of the board and SEK 55,000 for each other member of the board. The EGM also resolved to approve the proposed fees for the chairman of the audit committee set to SEK 150,000 as well as SEK 75,000 for each other member of the audit committee. The remuneration for the remuneration committee was set to SEK 0.
