Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (31 January 2018) − Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares (and votes) increased by 20,681,797 in January due to the directed share issue published 25 January 2017.

As of 31 January 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,074,395 distributed among a total of 303,719,737 shares, of which 55,146,615 Class A shares and 248,573,122 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 800,039,272.
