Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (29 March 2018) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 133,482 and the number of Class A shares decreased by 133,482 in March. The number of votes decreased by 1,201,338.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In March 133,482 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 29 March 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,074,395 distributed among a total of 303,719,737 shares, of which 54,170,260 Class A shares and 249,549,477 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 791,252,077.
