Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (1 May 2018) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class A shares increased by 3,611,350 and the number of Class B shares increased by 16,636,631 due to the rights issue that was completed during April.  

As of 30 April 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,479,354 distributed among a total of 323,967,718 shares, of which 57,781,610 Class A shares and 266,186,108 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 844,002,208.
