Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (29 June 2018) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 1,231,650 during June due to stock options being redeemed. The number of votes increased by 1,231,650.
During June 811,008 employee stock options were redeemed to 1,231,650Class B shares in the company's employee stock option program 2014/2018. Information about the company's outstanding options program: www.starbreeze.com/investor-relations/corporate-governance/incentive-programs.
As of 29 June 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,503,987 distributed among a total of 325,199,368 shares, of which 57,152,627 Class A shares and 268,046,741 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 839,573,011.
