Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (31 January 2019) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 93,050 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during January due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 837,450.

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In January 2019 93,050 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 31 January 2019, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,505,911 distributed among a total of 325,295,554 shares, of which 53,397,677 Class A shares and 271,897,877 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 805,874,647.
