Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (28 February 2020) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class A shares increased by 32,906,297 and the number of Class B shares increased by 30,487 during February. The number of votes increased by 329,093,457. Starbreeze share capital increased with SEK 658,736.
Due to the directed share issue, published 19 February 2020, the number of Class A-shares in Starbreeze AB increased by 32,936,784. The number of votes increased by 329,367,840 and Starbreeze share capital amount increased by SEK 658,736.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In February 30,487 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 28 February 2020, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 7,246,093 distributed among a total of 362,304,633 shares, of which 85,783,726 Class A shares and 276,520,907 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 1,134,358,167.
