Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (30 April 2020) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 46,838 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during April due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 421,542.     

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In April 46,838 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 30 April 2020, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 7,246,093 distributed among a total of 362,304,633 shares, of which 85,483,403 Class A shares and 276,821,230 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 1,131,655,260.
