Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (30 June 2020) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 36,020 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during June due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 324,180.     

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In June 36,020 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 30 June 2020, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 7,246,093 distributed among a total of 362,304,633 shares, of which 85,444,417 Class A shares and 276,860,216 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 1,131,304,386.
