Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN 31 March 2021 – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 111,332 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during March due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 1,001,988.                                     

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In March 111,332 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 31 March 2021, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 14,492,185 distributed among a total of 724,609,266 shares, of which 169,210,216 Class A shares and 555,399,050 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 2,247,501,210.
