Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze AB

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN 30 September 2021 – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 318,577 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during September due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 2,867,193.            

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In September 318,577 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 30 September 2021, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 14,492,185 distributed among a total of 724,609,266 shares, of which 166,373,988 Class A shares and 558,235,278 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 2,221,975,158.
