Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze AB

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN 28 February 2023 – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 800,551 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during February due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 7,204,959.

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In February, 800,551 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 28 February 2023, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 14,492,185 distributed among a total of 724,609,266 shares, of which 165,460,793 Class A shares and 559,148,473 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 2,213,756,403.
