Changed date for Annual General Meeting in Starbreeze AB (publ)

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (2 April 2019) – The Board of Directors of Starbreeze AB (publ) has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting to 4 June 2019. The annual report for 2018 will be published on 14 May 2019.  

As previously communicated, The Stockholm District Court has approved that Starbreeze reconstruction period will continue up until 3 June 2019.
