The third chapter in the PAYDAY 2: Silk Road campaign continues on the heels of the successful San Martín Bank heist, and the Payday Gang must rescue a close ally that got caught by the Mexican police. He is being held at a strongly fortified police station… An all new Heist, Weapon and Color Pack is out today, as well as a free core game update available for all owners of PAYDAY 2 - introducing a Glove Selection System
Starbreeze Studios and OVERKILL - a Starbreeze Studio have just released the next update for PAYDAY 2 - “Silk Road – Family Matters”. The third chapter within the campaign adds the “Breakfast in Tijuana Heist” DLC, “Fugitive Weapon Pack” DLC, and “Weapon Color Pack 2” DLC, available at $6.99, $2.99 and $2.99 respectively. A brand new and popular fan-requested feature; the Glove Selection System is at the same time introduced as a core game update available for all owners of PAYDAY 2. The content will be released on June 30th, 2020 on the digital distribution platform Steam.
The Silk Road: Family Matters campaign contains the following updates, out now:

- 1 new weapon color (+2 more that are unlocked by playing the Breakfast in Tijuana Heist - owning the DLC is not required)

- Fugitive Weapon Pack: 3 new weapons (plus an akimbo option) and 12 new weapon mods -$2.99

PAYDAY 2 is an action-packed, four-player co-op shooter that once again lets gamers don the masks of the original PAYDAY crew - Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains - as they descend on an epic crime spree.

PAYDAY 2 development was halted in December 2018, but on October 25, 2019, with the introduction of the PAYDAY 2: Legacy collection, it was announced that development had been resumed.
