Reconstruction in Starbreeze approved by District Court

STOCKHOLM (3 December 2018) – As Starbreeze AB (publ) (“Starbreeze” or the “Company”) announced today, the board of Starbreeze AB (publ) and in the Company’s Swedish subsidiaries Starbreeze Publishing, Starbreeze Production, Starbreeze Studios, Enterspace and Enterspace International, has filed for reconstruction with the Stockholm District Court. The Stockholm District Court has now approved the applications for reconstruction and appointed Mr. Lars Söderqvist from WSA Law firm as Administrator.
