Starbreeze CEO Bo Andersson Klint indirectly increases his holding in Starbreeze AB
The change in ownership comes as the prior co-owner of Varvtre AB, Ulf Andersson, brother of Bo, and former Creative Director has decided to leave Starbreeze. Ulf will remain as a consultant to the board and management team for the next 24 months.
