Starbreeze evaluates the possibility to issue senior secured bonds

Starbreeze explores the possibility to diversify its funding sources and replace existing debt facilities to increase financial strength and flexibility by turning to the Nordic debt capital market and has mandated Arctic Securities as financial advisor and sole bookrunner to evaluate the possibility to issue senior secured bonds and Gernandt & Danielsson as legal advisor in connection with the potential transaction.
