Starbreeze postpones publication of Annual Report

STOCKHOLM (March 27, 2020) – Starbreeze AB has decided to postpone the publication of the 2019 Annual Report until April 14, the date of the Annual General Meeting stands for May 13, 2020

The Annual Report will be published on the Company's website on Tuesday April 14, 2020 against the previously announced time, Thursday April 7, 2020.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 13 at Biograf Skandia, Drottninggatan 89, Stockholm at 16:00. The Board of Directors continuously evaluates the authorities' recommendations regarding COVID-19 and its possible impact on the procedure of the Annual General Meeting. Starbreeze monitors the developement closely, and will, if necessary, update with information regarding actions that may need to be taken in connection with the Annual General Meeting.
