Today marks the official start of the PAYDAY Crimefest, a party for all PAYDAY community members celebrating the franchise’s three-year anniversary. The celebrations are kicked of in style with the launch of the brand new OVERKILL Software merchandise store now available at http://store.overkillsoftware.com
Also tune in to The Creatures twitch channel (http://www.twitch.tv/thecreatures) live streaming a special two hour Crimefest event from the Dreamhack Monster Energy Studio in Stockholm, Sweden starting 8am PST/ 11am EST/ 5pm CET. The live stream will feature developer interviews, trailer premieres and more.
Between the 16th and 27th, PAYDAY 2, PAYDAY: The Heist and all their DLCs are on sale for 75% and 90% respectively.
In anticipation of the Crimefest, the past few months leading up to the event have awarded the community with bonus content as the official group on the digital distribution platform Steam has grown. At a target goal of 1,5 million members, each step unlocked have made available items such as the Golden AK, new masks from Bain and the extremely anticipated Old Hoxton Breakout Heist DLC and more. Now accumulating more than 1,52 million members, the last award level is yet to be unveiled…
