"It will be an exciting process to follow Stena Vinga’s transformation into a Stena Line vessel on the shipyard as extensive work is needed to be carried out over a short period of time. Now we look forward to Stena Vinga coming to our route and replacing Stena Gothica. Stena Vinga will commence sailing with Stena Danica and Stena Jutlandica from Masthugget in the Port of Gothenburg", says Tony Michaelsen, Trade Director on Stena Line's routes between Sweden and Denmark.

Stena Vinga was acquired about a year ago from the Bornholm ferry company Faergen. The vessel change on this route is part of the growth strategy for the traffic between Sweden and Denmark. Stena Vinga came to the shipyard in Landskrona on September 2th and is scheduled to go into operation mid-September.
