Erie, PA- Crosby, Stills and Nash haven’t been to Erie for over 20 years, but they will be returning on June 23rd to help The Presque Isle Partnership and its plan to significantly upgrade the Perry Monument Area. “We are calling our concert ‘Best Summer Night. . .
