Stora Enso: Announcement with reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 6 May 2011 that after a recall of shares lent out by Norges Bank, the number of shares in the Company held by Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) has exceeded 5% of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj on 5 May 2011.
With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Stora Enso Oyj is reporting that as of 5 May 2011 the shareholding of Norges Bank is as follows:
