STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 May at 19.30 EET
Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 29 April 2013 that after a return of shares lent out by Norges Bank, the number of shares in the Company held by Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) has exceeded 5% of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj on 28 May 2013.
With reference to Chapter 9, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Stora Enso Oyj is reporting that as of 28 May 2013 the shareholding of Norges Bank is as follows:
