STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 18 February 2013 at 9.00 EET

Stora Enso’s Annual Report 2012 is published today as PDF documents. Stora Enso’s Annual Report is comprised of four separate publications: Stora Enso Rethink 2012, Financial Report 2012, Corporate Governance Report 2012 and Global Responsibility Report 2012.

Stora Enso Rethink 2012 is available in English, Finnish and Swedish. Financial Report 2012, Corporate Governance Report 2012 and Global Responsibility Report 2012 are available in English. 

Printed publications will be published during the week commencing Monday 4 March 2013. Stora Enso Rethink 2012, including Stora Enso Facts & Figures 2012 insert, will be distributed to shareholders registered with Euroclear Finland and Euroclear Sweden who have requested a copy. Printed copies of Stora Enso Rethink 2012, Financial Report 2012 and Global Responsibility Report 2012 can be ordered at www.storaenso.com/order or by sending an e-mail to group.communications@storaenso.com. Corporate Governance Report 2012 will be available only as a PDF.

Stora Enso has today also published the following separate PDF documents:

  • English translation of the Parent Company Financial Statements for 2012
  • Finnish translation of the Corporate Governance Report 2012
