STOREBRAND ASA: Changes in share capital registered

In relation to closing of the acquisition of Capital Investment announced on 31.08.2021, registration is now complete of Storebrand ASA's increased share capital by NOK 20,804,540 to NOK 2,359,874,450 through issuing 4,160,908 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 5.00. The total number of issued shares in Storebrand ASA is now 471,974,890 shares.
