Storebrand ASA: Gjensidige Forsikring ASA reducing its ownership in Storebrand ASA

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA has in a stock exchange release today announced that they have sold or agreed to sell 19,000,000 shares in Storebrand ASA, representing approx. 4.22% of the share capital. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 34.75 per share. Following completion of the sale, Gjensidige Forsikring owns 90,458,254 shares in Storebrand, representing approx. 20.11% of the share capital in Storebrand ASA.
