Storebrand ASA: Notification of transaction Storebrand ASA

In relation to Storebrand's scheme for remuneration paid as shares of 27 February 2020 (see seperate notification), Storebrand ASA has sold a total of 134,727 shares to employees at NOK 62.34 per share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 808,463 own shares.
