Norwegian's expansion at Stockholm Arlanda Airport continues with new routes and more departures to popular destinations during the summer. Starting in early June, passengers will be able to fly direct to the three new summer destinations Lisbon, Dublin and Zagreb. In addition, capacity is increased to a number of popular destinations including Croatia, Cyprus, Spain, Greece and Italy.

Recently Norwegian has launched new direct flights to both Milan and Montpellier from Stockholm Arlanda starting in April and June respectively. Along with the new routes and an increased number of departures, travellers from Stockholm Arlanda will have access to close to 500 weekly Norwegian direct flights during the summer.

- In general the interest for Mediterranean countries has increased heavily among Swedish travelers, which is prooved by Norwegian's new routes and increased traffic to existing summer destinations. Croatian Zagreb is also a completely new direct route from Stockholm Arlanda and is also one of the top unserved destinations. We welcome Norwegian's continued expansion at Stockholm Arlanda, says Elizabeth Axtelius, Aviation Business Director at Swedavia.

- We are delighted to be able to offer travelers from Stockholm even more direct routes to popular destinations in Europe. The fact that we in addition to the new routes to Dublin, Lisbon and Zagreb also expand the number of flights to many destinations gives our passengers even more choice. With delivery of 30 new aircrafts this year, we will launch many new routes and we look forward to wish even more travelers welcome onboard our modern, comfortable and more environmentally friendly aircrafts, said Thomas Ramdahl, Chief Commercial Officer at Norwegian.

The new routes:
Starting on June 8th, the Stockholm - Lisbon route is serviced twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays.
Starting on June 9 th, the Stockholm – Dublin route is serviced twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.
Starting on June 10th, the Stockholm - Zagreb route is serviced once a week, on Saturdays, and twice a week from Midsummer, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
