Annika Hellström new Head of Central Region at Swedbank

Annika Hellström has been appointed Head of Swedbank’s central region. She currently holds the position as Group Business Controller at Swedbank and has been employed since 1991. Annika Hellström has a long and solid experience in various positions in the bank, including responsibility for all the bank’s branch offices in Uppland.  Annika Hellström will take up the new position immediately and will become a member of Swedbank’s Group Executive Committee.

Annika Hellström will take up her new position immediately. She succeeds Johan Smedman who was appointed Head of Savings Banks Business at Swedbank by year-end.

Swedbank in Sweden is organised in six regions. The central region includes the counties of Dalarna, Gävleborg, Uppland and Västmanland.
