Changes in Swedbank’s Group Executive Committee

Today Swedbank’s acting President and CEO announces several managerial changes.

Changes effective immediately:

  • CEO Office will be dissolved and the Head of the CEO Office, Ragnar Gustavii, will leave the Group Executive Committee and the bank.

Changes effective when Jens Henriksson takes over as President and CEO:

  • The Head of Treasury and the Head of Investor Relations will report to the CFO.
  • The Head of Treasury and the current acting CFO will leave the Group Executive Committee.
