Swedencare AB (publ) has completed the American acquisition which was made public on June 24[th] 2020
Swedencare’s US subsidiary, Stratford Care USA Inc., has today gained access to the business which was acquired by Stratford Pharmaceuticals LLC on June 24th 2020. The business has been operating on the US veterinary market since 2011. Stratford has a broad product portfolio and sales are made through a multi-channel strategy to 10,000 veterinary clinics, large purchasing organizations and online players. The purchase price was approximately 17 million USD (approximately 159.3 million SEK).
