Correction of record date for share split: Record date for share split in SyntheticMR AB (publ) shall be 21 May 2021

The Annual General Meeting (AGM)  of SyntheticMR AB (publ) resolved on 11 May 2021 to split the company's shares, so called share split, whereby one (1) existing share is divided into ten (10) shares. After the share split, the number of shares will amount to 40,400,780.

The Board has now decided that the record date for the share split shall be Friday 21 May 2021, which means that the last day for trading the share before the share split is Wednesday 19 May 2021. The first day for trading in split shares and new ISIN code is Thursday 20 May 2021. The share split takes place automatically and shareholders do not need to take any action. In connection with the share split, the share in SyntheticMR will receive a new ISIN code. The new ISIN code is SE0015987946.
