Szybex acquires Euro-Glas and strengthens its presence in southern Poland

Szybex announces the acquisition of Euro-Glas – a family-owned company from southern Poland operating in the same segment: automotive glass repair and replacement. Both companies were founded in 1992 and have spent over three decades building their operations on a similar model – local service points, quality workmanship, and direct customer relationships.

The transaction includes four service locations: two in Kraków and one each in Tarnów and Rzeszów. Upon completion, the number of Szybex’s owned branches will increase from 15 to 19. Together with a network of over 200 partner locations, this provides full nationwide operational coverage and significantly strengthens the company’s presence in southern Poland, particularly in the Małopolska region.

– Euro-Glas is a company with very similar DNA – a family business built since the early 1990s on quality and customer relationships. This creates a strong foundation for further development. Integration within Szybex means combining this experience with unified operational and quality standards, enabling the business to scale while maintaining high service quality – says Wojciech Ossoliński, Deputy CEO at Szybex.

The acquisition also means integrating Euro-Glas into the operational model of Szybex and Cary Group. This includes the implementation of standardized service processes, quality control, and readiness to handle increasingly complex jobs, including those related to ADAS calibration.

In practice, this translates into more predictable outcomes, a consistent customer experience, and the capacity to handle a growing volume of claims. The acquisition of Euro-Glas is another step in building a nationwide, integrated service network operating under unified standards.
